My wife gave me the thankless job of coming up with an inexpensive gift for her to give her 13 DAR chapter officers while she was the regent of her chapter. I had seen the George Washington dollar. I thought why not make that into a pendant or charm since George Washington is revered by the ladies of DAR. Your first order lady helped me find the right bezel for this coin. What a deal! Only $3. After I had ordered the coins from another source, I realized there was not a thingy to pass the chain through. I looked on your website and learned it was called a "bail." I called right away and tried to order the small one. Your order lady told me to get the medium. Then I said that I had an order coming. She managed to get my 13 bails in the original order. Right now I am piecing them together and they look snappy because I had to call and find out how to open and shut the bezels. This gift cost about $5.50 including tax and postage and coins. My wife is thoroughly happy. One thing I have learned in life, if my wife is happy, I am certainly happy. All of that because of you guys. Us Southerners pride ourselves on courtesy and friendliness to strangers. Even though y'all are way far north of I-10, except for the accents, you could pass for Southerners. Thanks again,

Last week, I placed an order for 50 batteries of various types. I chose USPS shipping because it was the least expensive method and I wasn’t in any particular hurry for the shipment. I placed the order at approximately 4:30 in the afternoon (EDT). I received an email notification from your company 45 minutes later. Thinking it was merely an order confirmation of some sort, I was amazed to find that it was informing me the order had shipped! In 45 minutes!!! Seven different types of batteries! WOW!!! Then to top it all off, I received the package from the post office the next day! Now, this is an order I placed late in the afternoon. It took less than 24 hours from placing the order to receipt of package! I understand you are in a different time zone, but still, the speed in which the order was processed was unlike anything I have ever seen! I actually placed the order with your company because of the excellent prices but I was also very impressed with the amount of extremely useful information on your website. This order was only batteries, but rest assured, your site will be the first place I go for products and information from now on.
