Powerful variable speed bench lathe polisher. This motor is compact in size and is suitable for use at the workbench. Its permanent magnet motor is extremely quiet and smooth running. Great for a variety of polishing and buffing jobs. Cast iron base has suction cup feet for a secure hold on your work surface. Lathe comes with tapered spindles for holding buffs and brushes up to 4". This kit is perfect for removing scratches from precious metals, stainless steel, platinum, and more. It can bring your watches and jewelry back to original luster and shine. Variable speed control lets you do a variety of work using the simple precision knob on the front of the motor. This being a lightweight and powerful polisher, buffing machine and grinder is nice, but what really sets this apart from any other polishing motor is the available attachments. The filter and dust collector case is great, it allows use of the machine almost anywhere safely. You don't have to worry about getting dust everywhere and takes a large amount of the contaminants out of the air. Another innovative attachment for the Foredom Bench Lathe, is the flex shaft kit or Flexade. The Flexade attachment allows you to turn the BL motor into an instant flexshaft or rotary tool. There is even a vertical holder, that turns your flex shaft handpiece into a drill press. With this combination the amount of things that can be done are limitless. You can eliminate an extra motor from your bench, saving much needed space and money. This is the perfect set-up for a beginner or professional. There is also a variety of different spindle adapters including a chuck arbor, collet holder, and a buffing wheel mandrel.
