The Gemlogis LAPIS is a testing device to distinguish between diamond, moissanite and other simulants. It provides both accurate and reliable results by measuring heat (thermal) and electrical conductivity. Test results are indicated by "beep" tones and colored LED light, clearly visible on the display when operating with the left or right hand. The LAPIS also features metal contact alert and a retractable tip for consistent pressure on gemstone when testing. Powered by a rechargeable battery (adaptor included), the LAPIS can work up to 10 hours on a full charge. Includes deluxe metal stone holder, adaptor for charging, lanyard carry strap and a user handbook.
