Lay watch on its side.
 
Remove band from case (spring bar removal) Lay one side of the band next to the end that it was taken off of. This will ensure that the clasp will close the same way when new band is attached.

Using a digital gauge measure the width between the lugs or the width of the old band.
Determine the type and color of band.
 
Insert old spring bars into the band ends.

Insert one end of the band and spring bar into the hole on the side of the case.

Using the forked end of spring bar tool insert the other end into the case.
Repeat steps 5 thru 7 for the other side of the band.
