Lay the watch on its side.
Remove the band from the watch (spring bar removal) Lay one side of the band next to the end that it was taken off of. This will ensure that the clasp will close the same way when new band is attached.
Using a digital gauge measure the width between the lugs or the width of the old band.
Determine the
type and color of band
that you want to replace the existing one with.
Insert the band into the end piece and the spring bar through both of those pieces.
Put the band and end piece against the watch end evenly and using the forked end of spring bar tool push one end of the spring bar into the case and then push the other end into the case.
Repeat steps 5 through 6.
