How to Remove a Watch Stem - Push Style Stem Removal

Step 1

locate the dimple

locate the dimple stem release

 

 

 

Locate the dimple. Like in these two photos, each movement is different and some watch stems must be in the time setting position for you to be able to see the dimple. If you cannot locate it, pull the stem in and out to help you locate.

 

 

 


 

Step 2

press tweezer on stem release

 

 

With a tweezers, gently press down on the dimple

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

Step 3

release the stemwatch stem removed

 

 

While pressing down on the dimple remove the stem.
