These pocket watch keys are sold individually

key-wound like old-fashioned pocket watches. This is a generic set of pocket
watch keys so you can wind and set those pocket watches and clocks that you may
come across. There are fourteen different keys available that range in size from
00 (.95 mm) to 12 (2.00 mm), and should be able to wind almost any pocket watch
or clock that comes across your workbench.
