Setting Tools
Your job is to set a diamond or a
gemstone and the type of setting you are using will determine the type of tools
that you will choose. There are pliers for help with setting and setting burs
for drilling that are
available in many sizes and shapes. Gemstones, diamonds, and other semiprecious
and non-semi precious gems will need the careful hand of a good setter and
having the correct tools for the job will help.
