Soldering
Welding or soldering jewelry is
attaching two parts together with heat and usually some solder. There are many
types of weld joints and different types of metals can be soldered together in
many cases. Remember to take care if you are working on jewelry that has
gemstones that are vulnerable to heat and make sure that you remove the stones
or have some type of protection to prevent damage.
