Inside Ring Holder For GRS BenchMate

Have you ever found that when repairing a particularly wide, delicate, or unusual ring you couldn’t seem to hold it with an outside ring clamp? Well, this attachment for the GRS BenchMate Work Holding System gives you the capability to hold rings from the inside. This inside ring holder gives you 200% more access to the outside of the ring than you had before and it keeps the ring from flexing while you work. Repairing and setting stones in channel, bead, and bezel settings are surprisingly easy to do with the help of an inside holder.

To use, simply select the collet that is the closest size that fits inside the ring. The screw will expand the collet until it holds the ring securely, and the best part is that these hard plastic collets won't scratch or mar rings! With an extra collet set, you can "double-stack" the collets to accomodate extremely wide rings (up to 1" in diameter) or hold several rings simultaneously for high volume work.
