Hardwood mandrel has a steel cutting blade extending from the handle to the tip of the mandrel. Used to enlarge the hole in a wax ring pattern. Slide this tool through the hole of wax ring or ring tube and gently rotate clockwise. As the blades turn they scrape the inner wall, enlarging the ring, leaving a smooth and even finish on the ring. Marking are US standard ring sizes from sizes 1.5 to 14 in quarter sizes.
