No. 20 is a Quick Change Handpiece for use only with 3/32in (2.35mm) burs. A lever action on the the handpiece body is all that is required to change accessories.
Quick Change are a subgroup of Collet Type handpieces that accommodate only a single collet size - 2.35mm (or 3/32"). Quick Change handpieces allow you to change out accessories (burs, bits, cutters, drills, etc.) with only a brief interruption in work and without the use of a chuck key or pin & wrench.
It has a molded plastic front grip with tapered sides for easy and close handling, plus pre-lubricated ball bearings that do not require additional lubrication. Just turn lever to insert accessories then move lever back to lock. Available with duplex spring or regular.
