This movement holder will hold your pocket watch and other extra large watch movements. It has formed edges/ridges to hold the movement in place. This holder is made of steel with a maximum diameter of 3" inches (78mm), this will hold standard size and large pocket watch movements. It can be small enough to hold a ladys watch or large enough to hold an over-sized gentlemans pocket watch. Once you have found the position that fits your particular watch, lock your watch movement into the holder with a small thumb screw.
